From the Artist: I painted this piece simply to fulfill the need to create. I wanted it to feel a little messy, wild, and unrestricted, with each flower resembling a weed without being botanically accurate.
There’s something beautiful about weeds. They grow where they aren’t necessarily wanted, take up space without permission, and somehow manage to thrive. They can be inconvenient, stubborn, and even invasive, but that doesn’t make them any less beautiful.
No one told them they were weeds, so they just kept growing.
